Read the side of your bottle first. If it carries an alcohol warning, that wins over anything here.
The brand pages we read mention no alcohol rule either (SciatiEase order page). We found no study of this formula with alcohol, so any statement that it is "safe" with drinking would be a guess.

Does alcohol matter for nerve pain?
It can. Alcohol is a recognized cause of neuropathy, and studies of B vitamins have enrolled people with alcoholic neuropathy (Ang et al., Cochrane 2008).
That is a different problem from sciatica, which usually comes from a pressed nerve root (MedlinePlus, Sciatica). But burning or tingling in both feet should be checked, since heavy drinking is one cause a clinician will ask about.
Alcohol on top of gabapentin, sedatives or a blood thinner is a question for your prescriber. Keep taking prescribed medicine.

The panel gives no rule, so ask your pharmacist. One drink is a smaller question than daily drinking, but drowsiness from passionflower (NCCIH, Passionflower) is the first thing to watch for.
Does alcohol make SciatiEase work less well?
