Twelve lines in four groups: B vitamins, the AlphaPalm pair, carnitine and a herbal blend.
Eight lines carry a printed amount. The four herbs share one 50 mg total.

- 2Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate)20 mg per 4 capsules · 1,177% DV

From the Supplement Facts panel. Places 1-4 of the herbal blend are listed from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). The other ingredients (gelatin capsule, cellulose, vegetable stearate, silica) are left out of the count.
Doses02
Are SciatiEase ingredient doses as high as the studies used?
PEA and B12 reach study ranges. Carnitine and benfotiamine fall short.
A matching dose does not prove a benefit, but a big gap makes one less likely.

Vitamins04
Which vitamin ingredients are in SciatiEase?
B2, B6, folate and B12 in active forms, plus benfotiamine, a form of vitamin B1.
A Cochrane review found too little evidence to say whether B vitamins help nerve pain (Ang et al., Cochrane 2008). The 20 mg of B6 sits above Australia's 10 mg warning line (TGA, Vitamin B6 and neuropathy), so count other B6 sources.

Why do some pages list bigger SciatiEase amounts?
The brand home page shows higher figures than the panel.
It lists PEA 600 mg, R-ALA 300 mg, ALCAR 300 mg and benfotiamine 300 mg (SciatiEase order page); we follow the panel. Details on the supplement facts page.
Made of06
What is SciatiEase made of besides the actives?
A gelatin capsule, cellulose, vegetable stearate and silica.
Gelatin means the capsules are not vegetarian. Feverfew may bother people with a ragweed allergy (NCCIH, Feverfew).

Evidence07
Which SciatiEase ingredient has the best evidence?
PEA, though its trials were small and short.
Carnitine studies used 6 times the dose here or more (Rolim et al., Cochrane 2019). Keep taking prescribed medicine; see side effects.
FAQ08
SciatiEase ingredient questions
What are the active ingredients in SciatiEase?
PEA 500 mg, R-alpha lipoic acid 250 mg, acetyl-L-carnitine 250 mg, benfotiamine 200 mg, four B vitamins and a 50 mg blend of feverfew, passionflower, Chinese skullcap and oat straw.
What is SciatiEase made of?
Twelve active lines plus a gelatin capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate and silica. Gelatin is not vegetarian.
What vitamins are in SciatiEase?
B2 25 mg, B6 20 mg, folate 500 mcg DFE and B12 1,000 mcg, all in active forms. Benfotiamine 200 mg adds a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1 (NIH ODS, Thiamin).
Which SciatiEase ingredient has been studied for sciatica?
Only PEA. One 3-week trial of 636 people with sciatic pain compared 300 mg, 600 mg and placebo (Keppel Hesselink, J Pain Res 2015). The other lines were studied mostly in diabetic nerve damage.
Are the SciatiEase ingredient doses high enough to matter?
Some are. PEA 500 mg falls inside the 300-1,200 mg trial range (Lang-Illievich et al., Nutrients 2023). Acetyl-L-carnitine at 250 mg is far below the 1,500-3,000 mg used in studies (Rolim et al., Cochrane 2019).
Could I be allergic to anything in SciatiEase?
Possibly. Feverfew is a daisy-family herb, so ragweed allergy is a concern (MSKCC, Feverfew). Ask your pharmacist.
