SciatiEase Quality: Made in USA Claims, GMP and Third-Party Testing Checked
SciatiEase quality can be judged only partly. The label is clear: 8 of 12 amounts printed, active B vitamin forms and a 4-capsule serving. The brand site says parts are made in Tampa, Florida. But no GMP certificate, FDA registration claim, third-party lab report or certificate of analysis is published, so purity and potency are not independently shown.

Short answer01
How good is SciatiEase quality?
SciatiEase quality looks fair on paper and unproven in the lab. The label is detailed, but no outside test result is public.
Quality has two parts. One is what the label promises. The other is proof that each bottle holds what the label says, with nothing extra. We can check the first part line by line. The second needs lab work that the brand has not published.
That gap is common in supplements. The FDA does not approve supplements before they reach shelves, and in many cases a company can sell one without telling the FDA first (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). So the burden of proof sits with the brand, and with buyers who ask.
Where it is made02
Is SciatiEase made in the USA?
The brand site says each component is made locally in Tampa, Florida, and that orders ship from Florida. We have no independent record of the facility.
The company named on the brand site is SciatiEase Labs, LLC, with a street address in Smyrna, Tennessee (SciatiEase order page). The bottle itself says SciatiEase Labs. Neither names the plant that fills the capsules.
A "made in" line tells you where. It does not tell you how well. A named facility with a published audit would say more than a city name.
GMP and FDA03
Is SciatiEase GMP certified or FDA registered?
No GMP certificate or FDA-registration claim appears on the bottle, the panel or the brand pages we read. We do not assume one exists.
GMP means good manufacturing practice: written rules for clean rooms, ingredient checks and batch records. A brand that follows them can show a certificate from an outside auditor. We have not seen one for SciatiEase.
That does not mean the capsules are made badly. It means the claim is not made, so we cannot repeat it. If GMP status matters to you, ask the order desk at +1 (844) 361-1273 which facility makes your batch and who audits it.
It does not test supplements for safety or effect before sale. The FTC, not the FDA, reviews whether supplement ads are truthful (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).
Third-party testing04
Is SciatiEase third-party tested?
Not that we can show. No third-party lab report or certificate of analysis has been published for SciatiEase.
The seller has given us two codes, a lot reference and a CoA reference. They are seller references, not lab proof, and no document sits behind them that we can share. Our batch verify page explains what each code is and is not.
Why does this matter? The FDA keeps a database of products sold as supplements that held hidden drugs, with 2026 entries ranging from sildenafil to diclofenac (FDA, Health Fraud Product Database). Nothing ties SciatiEase to that list. A published lab test is simply how a brand shows its bottles are clean.

Badges05
What do the SciatiEase badges and bottle claims mean?
One seal image and five printed phrases. Each is a seller claim, so each gets an honest note.
"Maximum Strength" has no legal definition, and several amounts sit below study doses. "12 Research Backed" is true in one sense: research exists for most single ingredients, but not for the mix.
The support claims carry the FDA asterisk. That marks them as structure/function wording, which needs no FDA review.

Matches the order page's 180-day guarantee. Return shipping is on the buyer.
Printed above the name. There is no standard for this phrase, and the amounts sit below most study doses.
Twelve lines are on the panel. Research exists for single ingredients, not for SciatiEase itself.
A structure/function claim with the FDA asterisk. It is not a treatment claim.
Another asterisked support claim. No trial of the product measured inflammation.
The brand site's wording. No facility name, audit or GMP certificate is published.
One badge image comes from the brand; the rest are words printed on the bottle or the brand site. A badge or a phrase is a claim by the seller, not a certificate. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements), and health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

What does the SciatiEase label say about quality?
A fair amount. Most amounts are printed, the vitamin forms are the active kind, and the hidden part is small.
The panel is the legal record of a serving. Reading it closely shows strengths and a few soft spots, listed below.
| Marker | What the label shows | Our read |
|---|---|---|
| Printed amounts | 8 of 12 lines, including R-ALA 250 mg and PEA 500 mg | Clear |
| Vitamin forms | P5P, riboflavin-5-phosphate, 5-MTHF, methylcobalamin | Active forms |
| Proprietary blend | 50 mg of four herbs, single amounts hidden (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)) | Partly hidden |
| Other ingredients | Gelatin (Capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC), Vegetable Stearate, Silica | Gelatin shell |
| Directions and warnings | Not visible on the panel image we have | Check your bottle |
| Brand home page amounts | Higher figures than the panel for four lines (SciatiEase order page) | Conflict |

Product images07
Why do SciatiEase bottle images look different?
The computer renders print a slightly different claim line from the bottle photo, so packaging may vary between batches.
The bottle photo reads "Supports Sciatic Nerve Health*". The renders below read "Sciatic Nerve Formula*" in that spot. Both show the same name, the blue top band and the 120-capsule count.
A change on the front is not a quality problem by itself. What should not change is the Supplement Facts panel. If yours lists different amounts, call the order desk before you start.

Ask for proof08
What quality proof should you ask SciatiEase for?
Three things: the facility name, its GMP auditor, and a lab report for your lot.
Have your order ID ready and call +1 (844) 361-1273. If the answers satisfy you, keep the capsules. If not, the 180-day window lets you send them back.

FAQ09
Quality and testing questions
Is SciatiEase made in the USA?
The brand site says each component is made locally in Tampa, Florida, and ships from Florida (SciatiEase order page). The company is listed in Smyrna, Tennessee. No facility name or audit is published, so we cannot confirm more than the brand's own statement.
Is SciatiEase GMP certified?
No GMP certificate is published on the bottle or the brand pages we read, so we do not claim one. Ask the order desk which facility makes your batch and which outside auditor checks it.
Is SciatiEase third-party tested?
No third-party lab report has been published. The lot and CoA codes the seller gave us are references, not lab results. Until a report is public, identity, strength and purity rest on the brand's word.
What does Maximum Strength mean on the SciatiEase bottle?
It is a marketing phrase with no legal standard. Several amounts, such as acetyl-L-carnitine at 250 mg, sit well below the 1,500-3,000 mg used in nerve studies (Rolim et al., Cochrane 2019), so the phrase does not mean study-strength doses.
Does the FDA check SciatiEase before it is sold?
No. The FDA does not review supplements for safety or effect before sale, and many can be sold without notifying it (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). That is why outside lab tests and GMP audits matter more for supplements than for drugs.
Could a supplement like SciatiEase contain hidden drugs?
Nothing links SciatiEase to hidden drugs. The FDA has found undeclared drugs in other products sold as supplements (FDA, Health Fraud Product Database), which is why a published lab report is worth asking for and why buying from the official source matters.
What proof of SciatiEase quality would be convincing?
A named facility, a GMP certificate from an outside auditor, and a lab report for your lot showing identity, PEA strength and purity. Ask for all three by phone with your order ID.
