What does the SciatiEase guarantee not cover?
Return postage is always on you. Under the one-year FAQ wording, the original shipping is kept too. A few other details are not printed at all.
On a single bottle, that means the $6.95 you paid to ship it may not come back, and you pay again to send it. On the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs the outbound shipping was free, so only the return postage costs you.
The order page does not say whether opened bottles, empty bottles or partly used bottles count. It does not say whether the window ends on the day you call or the day the box arrives. Ask the desk both questions on your first call.
