How does SciatiEase shipping work?
You order on the brand checkout, the brand packs the bottles, and the box ships from Florida. One bottle adds $6.95; three or six bottles ship free in the US.
The prices and shipping terms come from the SciatiEase order page and home page, read on October 18, 2026 (SciatiEase order page). The brand home page also says each component is made locally in Tampa, Florida, and that products ship from Florida.
What the brand does not print is a delivery window. We will not guess one. If you need the bottles by a set date, call the desk before you order and ask.
Sciatiease, which runs this site, does not pack or ship anything. We are a licensed retailer whose order buttons send you to the brand checkout, so the brand handles every box.

Yes, on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs, within the US. The single bottle carries a $6.95 shipping charge.
Free shipping is one reason the larger packs cost less per day. A single bottle comes to $75.95 with shipping. Three bottles at $59.99 each come to $179.97, with nothing added for postage.
The free shipping applies to US addresses, as the brand lists it. For any other country, see the section on international orders below.

How long does SciatiEase delivery take?
The brand does not print a delivery time on the order page or home page we read. Any exact number of days you see elsewhere is not from the brand.
Because no window is published, the safe plan is to order early. At 4 capsules a day a bottle lasts 30 days, so a good habit is to reorder when about a week of capsules is left.

Your order ID is in the confirmation email from the checkout. Save that email the day you order. It is also what the desk asks for on refunds and changes.

Can I change the shipping address on a SciatiEase order?
Call the order desk as soon as you notice the mistake. Order changes go through the desk, and a box that has already left is harder to redirect.
Tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders all go through the desk. Have your order ID and the correct address ready, including any apartment or suite number.
If the box already shipped, ask the desk what they suggest. Every carrier has its own rules for rerouting, so the desk is the right first call.

Does SciatiEase ship outside the US?
The brand lists free shipping for US orders only, and the pages we read say nothing about other countries. Ask the desk before you order from abroad.
We cannot confirm shipping to Canada, the UK, Ghana, South Africa or anywhere else. If the desk does ship abroad, customs fees and delivery times would be outside what the order page shows.

What should I check when my SciatiEase box arrives?
Count the bottles, check each seal, and read the Supplement Facts panel on one bottle. Then keep the box and email until you know you are keeping the order.
Each bottle should hold 120 capsules, with a 4-capsule serving on the panel. If a bottle is missing, broken or does not match, call the desk with your order ID and a photo.
