Who runs sciatiease.us, and what does the privacy policy cover?
Sciatiease, a licensed SciatiEase retailer, runs sciatiease.us. The policy covers this website only, not the brand's checkout or its order desk.
We are not the manufacturer. SciatiEase Labs makes the capsules and runs the checkout at sciatiease.com, where every order is placed. Our role is to publish information about the product and send readers who want to buy to that checkout.
The policy explains what reaches us, what does not, and how to ask about it. It was last updated on October 18, 2026.
Plain words are used on purpose. Where we say we do something, we do it; where a matter belongs to the brand, we say so and point you there.

What information does sciatiease.us collect?
Almost none. The site has no sign-up, no account, no comment box and no order form, so it never asks for your name, address or card.
The pages are static files: the same text and images go to every visitor. Nothing you type into the FAQ search box leaves your browser; the filter runs on your own device.
Like most websites, the server that delivers the pages may keep short technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Those logs exist to keep the site running and safe from abuse. We do not use them to build profiles of readers.

No. sciatiease.us sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, ad pixels or tracking scripts.
The fonts and images load from our own server, not from an outside font or ad network. The small script on each page runs the menus, the FAQ search and the interactive charts, and it does not send what you do anywhere.
If we ever add analytics or a cookie, we will name it in the policy first, say what it measures and update the date at the top.
The brand's sales page and checkout may use their own cookies and tracking. Those are set by SciatiEase Labs, not by us, and the brand's own policy applies to them.

What happens to my data when I click an order button?
The button takes you to a short redirect, then to the SciatiEase sales page. From that point, the brand handles everything you enter.
Our order links pass through a page at /order/ that sends you on to the brand's site. The link may carry a pack number and a referral path so the brand can credit the retailer for the visit. It does not carry your name, email or any health details, because we never have them.
On the brand's pages you choose a pack, enter your details and pay. The prices, the 180-day guarantee and the handling of your order data all sit with the brand.

The brand takes over

How does Sciatiease use an email I send?
Only to answer you. A message to [email protected] is read by the website team and used to reply, fix a page or handle your request.
The inbox is staffed Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. It handles pages, typos, privacy and press, and it cannot see orders. If you send an order ID, we will point you to the order desk rather than pass your details on without asking.
We keep email threads only as long as we need them to answer and follow up, and we delete a thread when you ask. We do not add your address to a mailing list, and we do not send newsletters.
Please leave health details out of your email. We cannot give medical advice, and a doctor or pharmacist is the right person for questions about your own health.

Is sciatiease.us meant for children?
No. The site is written for adults, and SciatiEase is not meant for anyone under 18 without a doctor's advice.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has emailed us, a parent can write to have the thread deleted.
When the policy changes, the new text replaces the old one and the date at the top moves forward.

How do I make a privacy request to Sciatiease?
Email [email protected] with the word Privacy in the subject line. Say what you want: a copy, a correction or deletion of messages you sent.
We reply within our office hours and act on the request as soon as we can confirm the email address is yours. Because we hold no accounts or order records, most requests are about email threads.
For data you gave at checkout, such as your address or order history, contact the brand directly. Our order help page lists both routes.

No. We never sell, rent or trade email addresses or any other personal information. We do not run a mailing list or send newsletters, and an email you send is used only to answer you or fix the page you wrote about.
Does the order link tell the brand who I am?
No. The order link may carry a pack number and a referral path so the brand can credit the retailer. It holds no name, email or health detail, because sciatiease.us never collects them. You share personal details only when you fill in the brand's checkout.
Is anything I type in the FAQ search sent to Sciatiease?
No. The FAQ search filters questions inside your own browser. The words you type are not sent to our server, stored or logged by us. Closing the tab clears them.
