SciatiEase Supplement Facts: What the Label Says, Line by Line
The SciatiEase supplement facts panel sets one serving at 4 capsules, with 30 servings in a 120-capsule bottle. Each serving lists four B vitamins, PEA 500 mg, R-alpha lipoic acid 250 mg, acetyl-L-carnitine 250 mg, benfotiamine 200 mg and a 50 mg herb blend. Eight of the 12 amounts are printed. No trial has tested this exact formula.

The panel01
What is on the SciatiEase supplement facts label?
The SciatiEase supplement facts label lists 12 ingredients in a 4-capsule serving, plus four helpers that form the capsule.
Four lines are B vitamins. Two sit inside a 750 mg AlphaPalm Blend. Then come acetyl-L-carnitine, benfotiamine and a 50 mg blend of four herbs. That makes 12, the count the front badge claims.
The panel image we have does not show directions or warnings. Read the side of your own bottle before the first capsule.

Serving math02
How many capsules are in a SciatiEase serving?
Four. The panel prints 4 capsules per serving and 30 servings, which matches the 120 capsules in the bottle.
Every amount on the label covers those 4 capsules together. At 2 a day you get half of each line, and a bottle lasts 60 days instead of 30.
A worked example: 4 capsules hold 500 mg of PEA, so 2 hold 250 mg. Vitamin B6 drops from 20 mg to 10 mg the same way.
We never suggest more than 4 capsules a day; eight would double the B6 to 40 mg. Timing tips sit on the how to take it page.
Daily Values03
Why are the % Daily Values on the SciatiEase label so high?
The B vitamins are dosed far above daily needs. A big % DV shows what is in the capsule, not what your body keeps.
B12 shows the widest gap: 1,000 mcg, or 41,667% DV, against an adult need of 2.4 mcg. The gut absorbs about 1.3% of a dose that size, close to 13 mcg (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12). B2 at 25 mg is about 19 to 23 times the adult need (NIH ODS, Riboflavin).
B6 needs the most thought. At 20 mg it sits under the US upper limit of 100 mg but above Europe's adult limit of 12 mg (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Australia requires a warning above 10 mg a day and has seen nerve symptoms below 50 mg (TGA, Vitamin B6 and neuropathy).
Count any multivitamin or B complex you already take. Tingling or numbness in the hands or feet is a reason to stop and call your doctor. See the B6, B2 and folate profile.
AlphaPalm04
What is the AlphaPalm Blend on the SciatiEase label?
A brand name for two ingredients on one line: R-alpha lipoic acid 250 mg and PEA 500 mg, 750 mg in all.
Most named blends hide their parts. This one prints both, and 250 plus 500 matches the total. PEA trials for pain used 300-1,200 mg a day, so 500 mg falls inside that range (Lang-Illievich et al., Nutrients 2023).
Human alpha-lipoic acid studies used a standard R plus S mix, not pure R (Linus Pauling Institute, Lipoic Acid). Read the full profiles: PEA in SciatiEase and R-ALA in SciatiEase.
Herb blend05
How much of each herb is in the SciatiEase proprietary blend?
The label does not say. It prints one 50 mg total for feverfew, passionflower, Chinese skullcap and oat straw, each a 4:1 extract.
Federal rules allow one total weight if the parts are listed from most to least (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). So the herb in place k holds at most 50 divided by k. An even split would give 12.5 mg each.
| Place | Herb (4:1 extract) | Most it can hold |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Feverfew flower | 50 mg |
| 2 | Passionflower | 25 mg |
| 3 | Chinese skullcap root | about 16.7 mg |
| 4 | Oat straw | 12.5 mg |

Why does the SciatiEase label differ from the brand website?
The brand home page lists higher amounts for four ingredients. We follow the panel, because it describes the capsules in the bottle.
The brand home page lists PEA 600 mg, R-ALA 300 mg, ALCAR 300 mg and benfotiamine 300 mg. The Supplement Facts panel prints PEA 500 mg, R-ALA 250 mg, ALCAR 250 mg and benfotiamine 200 mg, so this site follows the panel. (SciatiEase order page)
We cannot tell which figure is newer. If the numbers matter to you, read the panel on your own bottle.
Bottle front07
What does the front of the SciatiEase bottle say?
MAXIMUM STRENGTH, the name, a red "Supports Sciatic Nerve Health*" line, a 12-ingredient badge and three support bullets.
Each asterisk points to the FDA statement that the claims have not been evaluated (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). Some shoppers search for the SciatiEase nerve formula: the brand renders print "Sciatic Nerve Formula*" in place of the claim line, so packaging may vary.
Tap a number to read that part of the bottle.
- Maker band
'SciatiEase Labs' on the blue band. The brand site names SciatiEase Labs, LLC of Smyrna, Tennessee.
- Maximum Strength
There is no legal standard for this phrase. Several amounts sit below the doses used in studies.
- The name
SciatiEase, with a registered-mark symbol.
- Claim line
'Supports Sciatic Nerve Health*': a structure/function claim. The asterisk points to the FDA statement.
- The 12 badge
'12 Research Backed Herbs, Vitamins, & Antioxidants'. The panel has 12 lines; the research is on single ingredients.
- Three support bullets
Supports Comfort, Nerve Health and a Healthy Inflammatory Response, each with an asterisk.
- Capsule count
'120 Capsules Dietary Supplement' on the side strip.
Other ingredients08
What else is in SciatiEase capsules besides the actives?
A gelatin shell, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate and silica. Gelatin means the capsules are not vegetarian or vegan.
These helpers bulk the powder and keep it flowing. The ‡ mark beside a line means no Daily Value exists for it. Feverfew is a daisy-family herb, so people sensitive to ragweed may react (NCCIH, Feverfew).
Never stop or change a prescription because you started a supplement. Show the panel to your pharmacist and read the side effects guide.
Label verdict09
Is the SciatiEase label clear and honest?
Mostly clear: 8 of 12 amounts are printed, but the herbs are hidden and some doses sit below the studies.
A readable label does not prove a product works. It does let you and your doctor check each dose against research.

FAQ10
SciatiEase label questions
How many capsules come in a bottle of SciatiEase?
One bottle holds 120 capsules. At the panel's 4-capsule serving that is 30 servings, a 30-day supply. At 2 capsules a day the same bottle lasts 60 days, and each amount is halved.
Is SciatiEase Nerve Formula the same product as SciatiEase?
It appears so. Brand renders print "Sciatic Nerve Formula*" where the bottle photo prints the support claim, with the same layout and 120-capsule count. Check the panel on your own bottle.
Why is the B12 Daily Value on SciatiEase over 41,000%?
Each serving holds 1,000 mcg of methylcobalamin, while adults need 2.4 mcg a day. The body absorbs about 1.3% of a dose that size (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12), and no upper limit is set for B12.
Does the SciatiEase label show how much of each herb it contains?
No. The four herbs share a 50 mg blend with one total weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). The listing order caps feverfew at 50 mg and oat straw at 12.5 mg; an even split is 12.5 mg each.
Where are the directions on the SciatiEase bottle?
They are not on the panel image we have, so check the side of your bottle. The sales page suggests 2 capsules with breakfast and, for more, 2 with dinner (SciatiEase sales page).
Are SciatiEase capsules vegetarian?
No. The capsule shell is gelatin, so SciatiEase is neither vegetarian nor vegan. The other helpers are microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate and silica.
