Is SciatiEase Legit? A Fair Fact Check on Scam Claims, Complaints and the BBB
Yes, SciatiEase is a legit product in the plain sense: a labeled 120-capsule supplement from SciatiEase Labs, LLC, sold with a 180-day money-back guarantee. The weak spot is the advertising. The sales page makes claims no study supports, and no trial has tested the formula. We found no verified complaint file or BBB rating to report.

Short verdict01
Is SciatiEase legit?
SciatiEase is a real, labeled dietary supplement with a printed Supplement Facts panel, a named company and a written refund policy. Those are the basics of a legit product.
Legit is not the same as proven. Most of the 12 ingredients have some human research, but nobody has tested this exact mix.
Is the product what the label says? As far as the panel shows, yes. Does the advertising match the evidence? Often, no.
| Question | What we found | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Labeled amounts | 8 of 12 lines printed; four herbs share a 50 mg blend | Seen on the panel |

| Refund policy | 180-day, 100% money-back on the order page | Published |

Who makes it02
Who makes SciatiEase, and is SciatiEase Labs LLC real?
The bottle names SciatiEase Labs. The brand site names SciatiEase Labs, LLC, 1900 Midway Lane, Smyrna, TN 37167, with the order phone line (844) 361-1273.
The brand site also says each component is made locally in Tampa, Florida, and that orders ship from Florida (SciatiEase order page). It does not name a factory, an audit or a GMP certificate, and we do not invent one.
You will see other addresses too, and each has a different job. Sciatiease, which runs this website, is a licensed SciatiEase retailer, not the maker, and lists an office in New York. Returns go to the address the order desk gives you; the seller's brief lists one in New York.

Claims check03
Is SciatiEase a scam, or just over-advertised?
Over-advertised is the fairer word. The capsules match a real label, but the article-style sales page leans on claims that fall apart when you check them.
Take "sciatic nerve starvation". It is not a medical term. Most sciatica comes from a nerve root that is pressed or irritated, often by a disc (MedlinePlus, Sciatica). Vitamins cannot move a disc.
The page also says the formula "awakens the damaged and dead cells". No human study shows any supplement bringing dead nerve cells back. It cites a "70% failure rate" for usual care with no source, while follow-up studies find most people with sciatica improve and about 20-30% still have trouble after one or two years (Koes et al., BMJ 2007).
Finally, it says painkillers do nothing "to stop your nerve cells from dying". Sciatica pain does not mean nerve cells are dying. Keep taking prescribed medicine, and never stop or change a dose because you started a supplement.
- Headline idea“sciatic nerve starvation”Not a medical term. B vitamin shortfalls can harm nerves, but most sciatica comes from a pressed or irritated nerve root, often from a disc. (MedlinePlus, Sciatica) (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12)
- Mechanism claimIt “awakens the damaged and dead cells”No human study shows any supplement bringing dead nerve cells back. Nobody has tested SciatiEase at all. (NIAMS, Living With Back Pain) (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
- StatisticA “70% failure rate” for usual treatmentsNo source is given. Most sciatica eases with time and activity, and guidelines start with exercise and self-care. (Koes et al., BMJ 2007) (NICE NG59, Low back pain and sciatica)
- Painkiller copyPainkillers do nothing “to stop your nerve cells from dying”Sciatica pain does not mean nerve cells are dying. Pain medicines have limits, but stopping them on your own is not safer. (Rasmussen-Barr et al., Cochrane 2016) (Mathieson et al., NEJM 2017 (PRECISE))
- Promise“standing, walking, and even running without any discomfort”A testimonial-style promise. No trial measured it for this product. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
- Expert quoteA PhD calling it “one of a kind”An endorsement is not evidence, and the FTC requires endorsements to be truthful and to disclose paid ties. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance) (FTC, Final rule on fake reviews)
- Urgency“sold out 11 times” and “50% OFF TODAY ONLY”Pressure lines we could not verify. Take your time, and check your medicines first. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
- Bottle front“Supports Sciatic Nerve Health*” with the FDA asteriskStructure/function wording, allowed with the FDA statement. It is not a treatment claim. (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements)
Claims as printed on the sales page (SciatiEase sales page) and the bottle. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Complaints and BBB04
Are there SciatiEase complaints or a BBB rating?
We have no verified complaint records and have not confirmed a BBB profile or rating, so we print none. We will not make up a score in either direction.
A page that shows a BBB grade should link to the BBB listing itself. You can search bbb.org for SciatiEase Labs, LLC and the Smyrna, TN address and read what is there.
A BBB grade reflects how a business answers customer issues, not whether PEA eases nerve pain.

What could lead to SciatiEase complaints?
Five points in the terms and the sales copy are easy to miss. Knowing them up front heads off most surprises.
None of these makes the product a scam. They are details buyers often find too late.
Return shipping is on you
The refund covers the purchase, not the cost of mailing bottles back. Use tracking.
Two refund windows
The order page says 180 days. One brand FAQ answer mentions a year, minus shipping. Ask which applies.
Dose advice above the label
The order page suggests 4 capsules morning and evening if nothing changes in 14 days. That doubles the serving; we advise 4 a day at most.
Two sets of amounts
The brand home page lists PEA 600 mg; the panel prints 500 mg. We follow the panel.
The fifth point is the single bottle: it costs $69.00 plus $6.95 shipping, while the 3- and 6-bottle packs ship free in the US. Details are on the guarantee page.
Genuine or not06
Is SciatiEase real or fake?
The product is real. The risk of a fake comes from where you buy it, since we know of no authorized Amazon, Walmart, CVS or eBay listing.
A reseller's bottle may be old or not what it claims. The FDA warns that some products sold as supplements contain hidden drugs, and its list covers only a small share of them (FDA, Health Fraud Product Database).
The brand's own images below are what an order from the official page should resemble. Read our where to buy guide and the bottle checks on batch verify.
Brand marks

Brand graphics. A seal or a logo row is a seller claim, not a certificate. (SciatiEase order page)
Before you buy07
How can you check SciatiEase for yourself?
Read the label, ask about your medicines, and save the refund terms.
Show the Supplement Facts panel to your pharmacist, especially if you take a blood thinner or diabetes medicine. Then screenshot the guarantee terms on the day you order.
Ads must back health claims with real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). Judge SciatiEase by its label, not its headlines.
FAQ08
Scam and legitimacy questions
Is SciatiEase a scam?
No, in the sense that you get a labeled supplement and a written refund policy. The sales page does overstate things, with claims like reviving dead nerve cells that no study supports. Judge the capsules by the label and buy only through the official order page.
Does SciatiEase have a BBB rating?
We have not confirmed a BBB profile or rating for SciatiEase Labs, LLC, so we show none. Search bbb.org for the company name and its Smyrna, TN address. A grade reflects complaint handling, not whether the ingredients work.
What complaints do people have about SciatiEase?
We hold no verified complaint records, so we quote none. The terms that most often surprise buyers of products like this are return shipping costs, unclear refund windows and dose advice. All three apply here, so read them before ordering.
Who makes SciatiEase?
SciatiEase Labs, named on the bottle. The brand site gives SciatiEase Labs, LLC, 1900 Midway Lane, Smyrna, TN 37167, and says the components are made in Tampa, Florida (SciatiEase order page). This website is a licensed retailer, not the maker.
Is SciatiEase Labs, LLC a real company?
The brand site lists it with a street address in Smyrna, Tennessee, and a phone number for order help (SciatiEase order page). We have not seen state filing records ourselves, so we report only what the brand publishes.
Is SciatiEase real or fake?
The product is real and has a full Supplement Facts panel. Fakes are a risk only from unofficial sellers. We know of no authorized listing on Amazon, Walmart or eBay, so order through the brand's own page.
Can I trust SciatiEase scam alert videos?
Treat them like any ad. Some scam alert or reviews exposed videos are honest; others exist to send you to a link. Check whether the video shows the label, cites studies and says what it earns from your order.
