What is the right palmitoylethanolamide dosage?
No single dose is proven right. Trials used 300 to 1,200 mg a day.
A meta-analysis of 11 double-blind trials, 774 patients, found that range and called for more work on the best dose (Lang-Illievich et al., Nutrients 2023). For sciatic pain, one trial compared 300 mg and 600 mg for 3 weeks, and 600 mg did better in a post hoc look (Keppel Hesselink, J Pain Res 2015).
So 600 mg is the best-supported number for sciatica, with thin data above it.

Can you raise PEA by taking extra capsules?
Not safely with this formula. The cap is 4 capsules a day.
Eight capsules would give 1,000 mg of PEA, still inside the studied range. But it would also double vitamin B6 to 40 mg and the other lines with it. We never suggest more than 4 a day.
